PETER BRISTOW: Director / Personal Trainer

My passion is working with people who want to achieve specific goals and who are prepared to commit to the challenge.

My main area of expertise is being able to install self-belief in people so they are then able them to achieve new levels of health, well being, fitness, weight loss, strength and athletic ability. This in turn creates a greater self-confidence and an improved quality of life.

I have been personal training for the last five years, since graduating from Auckland University of Technology with a Diploma of Fitness training and I am a Registered Exercise Professional (R.E.P.S).

I like to use a variety of exercise techniques to maintain physical and mental stimulation for the client and to help prevent boredom.

I train clients indoors or outside using weights, circuit training, kick boxing, Swiss balls, sprint training and everything else in between.

I like to encourage client interaction in the development of programmes - if you have an exercise you love, we will incorporate it.
